Comments Policy

When you register and post your first comment, RCV will review it, and then approve you as a commenter. Once you have been approved, you are free to comment without moderation, with some exceptions: We reserve the right to refuse or delete comments that, in our judgement, are offensive, abusive, or make excessive use of foul language; are derogatory based on race, religion, national origin, disability, or sexual orientation; are defamatory or libelous; qualify as spamming, ranting, or advertising; are off topic, repetitive, or wearisome in an annoying way; are otherwise detrimental to the community; violate our Terms of Use or Privacy Policy.

RCV is not responsible for the content of user comments. If a third party complains that a comment violates their rights, we will invite them to respond in the comments section themselves. If they pursue the complaint, we will attempt to contact the curator or commenter to alert them of the situation. None of this will violate our Privacy Policy.
